Scope of Position
The Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator-Canada will oversee operational activities for all Canada payroll and benefits activities. They will support the broader Shared Services North America vision by championing quality, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and delivering exception payroll and benefit service to all Canada location employees. Helping to deliver our corporate objectives and business partner goals.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management required
- Payroll and Compensation and Benefits experience
Required Skills:
- Bi-lingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of payroll processing and time keeping systems in Canada (Quebec)
- Knowledge of benefits and benefit practices in Canada (Quebec)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ADP
- Understanding of Shared Services/Finance Organizations
- Understanding of HR/Compensation and Benefits organizations
- Performance Excellence – Greenbelt
Travel Requirements
5% travel possible; depending on business need
