The opportunity:
is home to 70+ short-form pieces of learning content on nursing and adult social care topics. We are looking for a clinical expert to:
- Review and improve our learning content.
- Ensure our content continues to meet learning outcomes.
- Map our most popular courses against recognised UK-wide frameworks, ie, NMC, CSTF, Skills for Care, RQIA, etc.
- Suggest, write, and research new learning content.
- Build and manage new and existing courses in our LMS.
- Provide insight into common pain points care professionals may experience, eg revalidation, competencies, etc.
- Advise on sector developments and keep wider team informed on governmental-level change.
Requirements
- UK qualified Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience of working in the adult social care and health care sectors.
- May have worked as an educator or training professional in the health care or adult social care sector.
- Skilled writer.
- An understanding of writing for learning and to meet learning outcomes.
- An appreciation of commercial aspects of creating learning content.
- A growth mindset and a desire to embrace the adventure.
