Role Description:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Australia), the Affiliates Manager (Australia) will primarily own, nurture, and grow the affiliates portfolio for the Unibet brand in Australia. They will collaborate closely with our central affiliates team as well as the local marketing team.

You will also support with marketing initiatives outside of the affiliates space in a limited capacity, that may include supporting brand sponsorship and ambassadorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the existing affiliate portfolio.
  • Help create, plan, and execute affiliate customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns to grow the overall affiliate portfolio.
  • Work on improving existing processes and help drive operational efficiency within the affiliate space.
  • Regularly review ongoing affiliate acquisition activity to ensure it complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting to local and central management.
  • Provide timely and constructive responses to inbound affiliate enquiries.
  • Manage the monthly payment process for your affiliate portfolio and provide feedback on poorly performing accounts with suggestions about corrective actions to your Affiliate Team Lead.
  • Monitor the bonus spend of individual affiliates and your affiliate portfolio in line with agreed budgets.
  • Assist with projects outside of the affiliates space as agreed and directed by local management.
  • Perform market and competitor research as required.
  • Having occasional conference calls with central (Europe) based colleagues is required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Understanding and interest of performance based and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Good client relationship management skills.
  • Online marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company.
  • Organised, self-sufficient and a passion to show initiative.
  • A keen interest in Australian Sports and Racing. Any experience within the sports/racing or wagering industry is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention-to-detail.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
